Bruna Guimarães

Bruna Guimarães is the COO and co-founder of Gupy, a B2B enterprise software that allows companies to manage their employees' lifecycle end-to-end. Prior to founding Gupy, Bruna had a seven-year journey at Ambev in the People and Management area, where she became the National Recruitment and Selection Manager, responsible for all stages of executing internship, trainee, and talent programs. Initially, Gupy started as an ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) for enterprises after Bruna and Mariana faced multiple challenges in the hiring process when working at Ambev. After a journey of 8 years, they have evolved to be a complete and integrated ecosystem of HR solutions and the most predominant player in their field.
