When a dispute arrives, Truatos agents gather evidence from the transaction, such as product usage, geolocation, identity checks and customer communications, and turn it into a ready-to-submit contestation, with no change to the merchant's existing payment stack. Chargebacks are the entry point to a broader platform of modular agents for payment routing, recovery and risk, built to raise approval rates and cut the revenue that leaks out of the payment flow.
